I build it first From what's already public about your business — your name, hours, what you do, your own words. No meeting, no questionnaire, nothing for you to fill in.

You look at it I send a link. If it's not right or not wanted, that's the end of it and it costs you nothing.

You decide If you want it, I put it on your own domain, make the changes you ask for, and keep it running.

What it costs

$1,200 for a one-page site, including a round of changes and the first year online. No deposit before you've seen it, no proposal, no consultation call unless you want one.

After the first year it's $45/month to host it and keep it current — your hours, prices, text, swapping a photo. Cancel whenever, and the site is yours either way.

A round of changes means You send everything you want different as one list, as long as you like, and I make all of it — text, photos, colours, the order of things on the page, contact details. One pass, not one edit, so nobody is counting tweaks. I just ask for that list within two weeks of you seeing the first version.
Quoted separately Extra pages, online booking or payment systems, logo design, or writing new copy from scratch. I'd give you a number before starting rather than surprise you with one after.
